Listen
to this first: Introducing
the Bodyweight Relief and Prevention program (MP3 audio file, about 7 minutes)
Track 1 (MP3, 5 minutes) Note:
If you don't close your eyes when listening to this track, that's meant
to tell you something crucial: You aren't yet following along with what's
being asked of you.
Track 2 (MP3, 19 minutes)
Listen to part of it and more later or listen to all
of it. For more information about how
to use the audio tracks, see
in the e-book.
Easiest way to get and use this
audio:
- Set up a cassette tape recorder
ready to record. Use a blank 60-minute audio cassette
tape. Put the recorder near your computer's speakers and use the microphone
built into the recorder.
- Start recording.
- While online, click once on "Track 1" (above).
That file should begin playing on your computer. (Please be patient. It
could take several seconds to start.)
- Once this track stops (in about
5 minutes), press "pause" on your tape recorder.
- Click once on "Track 2" (above).
- Start recording.
This second track is about 19 minutes long. You can easily get both tracks
on one side of a tape.
- Note, please:
When you're doing something that requires your eye open, don't listen to
Track 1. Fast forward and listen to Track 2. Always do what's needed to
keep you safe when using any of this audio content.
- If you find
that the recordings you make aren't clear enough and you want them better,
repeat the recording using an inexpensive wire (patch) that connects your
computer directly to your tape recorder. Anyone, at some place like Radio
Shack (TM), can tell you what
you need and how to use it.
To download the tracks
into your computer:
- While online, click once on Track 1 (above).
That file should begin playing on your computer. (Be patient. It could
take several seconds to begin.) By the time it finishes playing, the file
will be copied or downloaded on your computer’s hard drive (usually, but
not always) with its “Temporary Internet Files.”
- Repeat the above with second track.
- Go to the
“Temporary Internet Files” on
your computer’s hard drive. Then use the copies of the tracks you find
there to create (burn) a CD or make cassette tape recordings. Note:
If you don’t know how to do that or know someone who can for you, you can
always come back to this Web page and tape record the files (tracks)
as they play on your computer‘s speakers. Please make sure what's said/recorded
is clear enough to be understood.
- If you are unable to find the audio
tracks on your computer‘s hard drive, use the Windows “Find” function.
Type in the file name
BRP-1-104.mp3
(Track 1) and do a search for that audio file. The other
file, Track 2, [BRP-2-104.mp3] will be with that one. Note: Your
computer's operating system might automatically change the name of an audio
file. If you find that happens, you can change the file name back to the
original.
Be patient waiting for the workbook
to open. It's an Adobe Acrobat Reader TM
(PDF) file with many useful graphics. If you click and nothing happens,
see "Web version," below.
